Warranty conditions

1. Warranty period

euroline products from main catalogue:
•    Premium Line Programme - 10 years
•    Work Line Programme – 5 years
•    Other products – 5 years

These warranty terms apply exclusively to products offered in the euroline main catalogue, and only to products purchased after 01/01/2014. Statutory warranty terms apply to all other products.


2. Warranty services

2.1 The warranty begins on the date of purchase. Invoices or receipts may be used as a proof of purchase.
2.2 The warranty applies exclusively to material, production, or design errors for which euroline is responsible.
2.3 The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear, improper handling, or modifications to the purchased goods.
2.4 Warranty claims may be made only for damage to the contractual object. All further claims are excluded.
2.5 If a warranty claim is granted, we will repair or replace the product at our own discretion.
2.6 No warranty claims will be granted for expenses incurred for installation or expansion, inspections of components, or claims for lost revenues or compensation for damages.

3. Return transportation

The warranty beneficiary must send the item to euroline (Bad Pyrmont) for inspection and a thorough assessment of the warranty claim, at its own cost and risk. If a warranty claim is granted, euroline will reimburse the costs of the least expensive transportation method.
